Turnaround times and shipping schedules are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The turnaround schedule is the amount of time it will take for us to produce your order. Once your order leaves our facilities, the delivery date is not guaranteed. Please check carrier websites for more details.

Shipping & Delivery
Speedy Air
If you are outside of 2 day ground service, we can upgrade you to our exclusive Speedy Air shipping. It's 2 day shipping for the same $15 flat rate!
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be a special flat rate of $15 for all ground packages within the contiguous US. This special excludes apparel orders and heat presses.
You may see the total shipping charge listed on each item in your ship group. The shipping cost will be added to the invoice only once.
UltraColor Max™ orders that are placed together in the same cart will be grouped to ship together. However, orders placed on the same day, but different checkout sessions, will not be grouped together for shipping.
Rushes
- Screen Printed Transfers: $25 per color, per screen print order (must be in before 3 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 sheets) No rushes are available on Goof Proof® Single Image orders.
- Full Color Transfers: $25 per order (must be in before 3 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 pieces) No rushes are available on UltraColor Max™ orders.
Delivery
Orders ship F.O.B., Mentor, Ohio by FedEx or UPS (Canadian orders ship UPS). All quoted delivery times are based on delivery of the common carrier. We cannot accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or due to the carrier of your choice.
Delivery days for both UPS and Fed Ex are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. This means if you are shipping a package Next Day Air on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday. Saturday Delivery may be an upgraded shipping option. This option is not available in all areas so please check your area for availability.
Handling Fee
A Handling Fee of $3.95 is assessed when using a third-party shipping account.
Canadian Dealers
Get a promotional shipping rate of $30.00 per package when you ship to a Canadian province. Deliveries are UPS Ground and may be subject to extended surcharges. The $30.00 promotional rate includes door-to-door delivery and brokerage fees.

- Speedy Air - an exclusive shipping service available to those customers in the continental US, who are outside of the 2 day ground service. Transfer Express upgrades your package at no additional charge—you pay ground and get 2-day air service! No prime membership is needed!
- UPS Saturday Delivery - premium service not available in all areas. To receive this premium service, you must ship Next Day Air on a Friday and upgrade to Saturday delivery. Be sure to check if this service is available in your area.
USPS
Priority and Express Mail are available for Alaska and Hawaii. Choosing USPS will add an extra day due to the early mail pick up time.
