Custom Woven Patches

Using an interlaced weaving process, Woven Patches combine intricate designs with a traditional, woven thread look. Choose from 75 thread colors for your design, up to 6 colors per design, and can be finished with a stitched border or a clean, borderless edge.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• Washability/Care Instructions: will withstand up to 50 domestic washing machine cycles.
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• Shelf Life: One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature controlled environment; do not expose it to temperatures above 485°F).
• Minimum Quantity: 50 pieces
• Recommended Fabrics for Heat Applied: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends (not recommended to use on heat sensitive fabrics. Ex: some nylons, silk, leather, wool, fleece, etc.)

• Color: A minimum of 2 colors must be used and maximum of 6 colors per patch (excluding the border).
• Minimum Size: 1.5" x 1.5"
• Maximum Size: 7.48" x 7.48"
• Minimum Text Size and Elements: .2 mm wide x 2 mm height
• Border: with or without a stitched border. The edge must be 5mm (+/- 1mm) space with the stitched border. For borderless, the edge must have 3mm (+/- 1mm) space from the design to the edge of the patch.
• Disclaimer: The alignment of the logo and out edge may vary by +/- 2mm. Patches are at risk of irregularities due to the nature of the production. Due to the natural behavior of the weaving process, background color variation may be visible when darker colors are used over light colors
