Print Stitch Patches blend two of the most popular decoration methods to achieve a remarkable effect in just one custom patch. These high-end, specialty patches combine embroidery and sublimation for a full color, photo-realistic finish that offers the texture and dimension of traditional stitching.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• Ideal for multi-color designs with shading & gradients
• Provides a high-end, professional look in any market
• Pre-production physical sample (Limit QTY 1) available for a fee
• Washability/Care Instructions: will withstand at least 50 domestic washing cycles. Machine wash cold, inside-out, using mild detergent.
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• Please Note: Any design element in the art that is not assigned a thread color will be printed.
• Shelf Life: One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature controlled environment).
• Minimum Quantity: 12 pieces
• Recommended Fabrics for Heat Applied: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends (not recommended to use on heat sensitive fabrics. Ex: some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, fleece, etc.)

• Color: Embroidery: The design cannot have more than 6 different colors of thread (including the border). Sublimation: Sublimated allows unlimited colors. You can digitally print photorealistic images and even target PMS colors.
• Minimum Size: 1" x 1" (+/-1mm)
• Maximum Size: 12" x 12" (+/-1mm)
• Minimum Text Size: Embroidered text: It cannot have a height smaller than 4mm and column width of 1mm
  Sublimated text: 1.6 mm height.
• Border: The Overlock border is 4mm +/- 1mm

• Pre-heat bottom platen for 60 seconds and fabric for 20 seconds.

Heated Upper & Lower Platens

Time: 30-45 Seconds

Temperature: Upper 280°F | Lower 320°F

Pressure: Medium/Firm

Cover Sheet: FlexStyle Silicone Pad or 1/8" Foam Pad

Cap Press

Time: 20-30 Seconds

Temperature: 360°F

Pressure: Medium

• Pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
