Provide a rustic, upscale look for any brand with animal-free faux leather patches. Create finely detailed, laser etched custom logos that are easy to apply and safe for washing! Choose from 4 color options with a consistent finish to create elevated apparel or hard goods for your customer.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• Custom or basic shapes available
• Approximately 1 mm thick
• Ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, hats, bags, jackets, hard goods, etc.
• Pre-production physical sample (Limit QTY 1) available for a fee
• Washability/Care Instructions: will withstand up to 50 domestic washing machine cycles
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• Shelf Life: One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature controlled environment)
• Minimum Quantity: 12 pieces
• Recommended Fabrics for Heat Applied: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends (not recommended to use on heat sensitive fabrics. Ex: some nylons, silk, leather, wool, fleece, etc.)
• Note: Etched border not included automatically-must be part of the uploaded design or indicated in special order notes.

• Color: Black/Silver, Chestnut/Black, Chocolate/Black, & Sandstone/Black. As with all leather products, shades of leather can vary.
• Minimum Size: 0.5" x 0.5" (+/-1 mm)
• Maximum Size: 6" x 6" (+/-1 mm)
• Thickness: Approximately 1.5mm thick (may vary)
• Minimum Text Size: Smallest character should be at least 1mm in height.
• Minimum Elements Size: Elements on leather emblems must be at least 0.3mm width.
• Engraving Area: Space between engraved area & edge of patch must be minimum of 1.5mm.
• Border: Etched border not included automatically-must be part of the uploaded design or indicated in special order notes. Also, suggested option if patches will be sewn-on, in which we recommend a 3mm margin around the design.

• Pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
• On a Hotronix Heat Press, the pressure will come to a 7 when using a silicone pad.
