Custom logos laser etched into genuine leather patches. These patches allow you to create fine detailed logos, adding a rugged, yet refined look to apparel, hats and hard goods. Choose from a selection of colors and finishes.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• Ideal for hats, bags, heavy apparel (like outerwear not regularly laundered) and hard goods
• Pre-production physical sample (Limit QTY 1) available for a fee
• Washability/Care Instructions: This product is not intended to be used on goods that require washing or dry cleaning.
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• Shelf Life: One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature controlled environment)
• Minimum Quantity: 12 pieces
• Recommended Fabrics for Heat Applied: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends (not recommended to use on heat sensitive fabrics. Ex: some nylons, silk, leather, wool, fleece, etc.)
• Note: Etching depth may vary based on design—pre-production samples are encouraged. Etched border not included automatically-must be part of the uploaded design or indicated in special order notes.
• Our custom Leather Patches are made from quality, natural leather. Slight variations in color and texture may be visible but are expected and add to the uniqueness of the leather. Due to natural irregularities and differences in screen resolution, digital simulation may vary from the actual physical sample and/or final product.

• Color: Caramel, taupe & natural. As with all genuine leather products, shades of leather can vary.
• Minimum Size: 0.5" x 0.5" (+/-1 mm)
• Maximum Size: 6" x 6" (+/-1 mm)
• Thickness: Approximately 1.5mm thick (may vary)
• Minimum Text Size: Smallest character should be at least 1mm in height.
• Engraving Area: Space between engraved area & edge of patch must be minimum of 1.5mm.
• Border: Etched border not included automatically-must be part of the uploaded design or indicated in special order notes.

• Pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
• On a Hotronix Heat Press, the pressure will come to a 7 when using a silicone pad.
