By entering into Stahls’ Transfer Express’ Tees & Transfers Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.   By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Stahls’ Transfer Express. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The Sweepstakes:
Stahls’ Transfer Express is giving away Tees & Transfers.  In promotion of this, Stahls’ Transfer Express is offering this Sweepstakes for those who enter into the Sweepstakes via the online entry form (see How to Enter below).

Eligibility Requirements for the Sweepstakes:

To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, you must:

• Be at least 18+ years old at the time of entry;
• Be a legal resident of the United States;
• Have a valid email address;
• Complete the online entry form;
• Have an existing customer account or create a customer account with Stahls’ Transfer Express if you do not have an existing one.

Employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Stahls’ Transfer Express and its associated companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Stahls' Transfer Express, 7650 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060.

Agreement to Official Rules: 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Sweepstakes Period: 

Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted online starting on January 9, 2026 at 6:00 AM and ending on February 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).

How to Enter:

During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will publish multiple giveaway posts on Stahls’ Transfer Express’ social media channels. To receive the entry link for the Sweepstakes, you must comment on any eligible giveaway post during the Sweepstakes Period. After commenting, you will receive a direct message from the Sponsor containing a link to the official Sweepstakes landing page at transferexpress.com/tees-transfers.  You must visit the Sweepstakes landing page and fully complete the online entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Likes and comments alone do not constitute an entry. An entry is only valid once the online form has been submitted.

Multiple Entries:

You may enter multiple times during the Sweepstakes Period. Each entry must be associated with a comment on a separate eligible giveaway post and a corresponding submission of the online entry form using the landing page link provided via direct message. Multiple form submissions without commenting on separate eligible posts may be disqualified.

Entry Restrictions:

Automated entry methods, bots, scripts, or third-party services are prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules or requirements of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

You may not use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Drawing: 

Weekly winners will be selected via random drawing each week during the Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize winner will be selected via random drawing at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: 

Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstake is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKE AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.

Prizes:

There will be weekly prize drawings and one (1) grand prize drawing at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

WEEKLY PRIZES: 

Weekly winners will each receive:
• One (1) $100 Transfer Credit to be applied to the winner's Stahls' Transfer Express account
• One (1) $100 Gift Card to be used toward blank apparel via a Fulfill Engine Store through Stahls' Transfer Express (gift card can be used one time and cannot be split into smaller increments)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each weekly prize: $200
Total ARV of all weekly prizes for the Sweepstakes Period: $1,400

GRAND PRIZE:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
• One (1) $100 Transfer Credit to be applied to winner's Stahls' Transfer Express account
• One (1) $100 Gift Card to be used toward blank apparel via a Fulfill Engine Store through Stahls' Transfer Express (gift card can be used one time and cannot be split into smaller increments)
• One (1) 15x15 Merchmaker Heat Press ($599 ARV)
• One (1) Marketing Success Kit ($75 ARV)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of grand prize: $874

General Conditions: 

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Release and Limitations of Liability: 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property or business which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.

In no event shall Sponsor be liable and you waive the right to claim any damages, regardless of the form of action or theory of recovery, for any: (a) indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages; and/or (b) lost profits, lost revenues, lost business expectancy, business interruption losses and/or benefit of the bargain damages.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: 

Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules - Read the Privacy Policy here: https://www.transferexpress.com/privacy-policy.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, comments, views, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Use of Entrant Information: 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners will use your information, including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other contact information provided for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or the participating companies. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by providing written notice to Sponsor by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry.

Disputes: 

Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. As a condition of participating in this Participants also hereby waive the right to a jury trial in case of a dispute.

Third Party Platforms: 

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it is promoted. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless each applicable social media platform from any liability related to this Sweepstakes. You also agree to comply with all applicable platform rules and policies.

Sponsor does not control the availability or content of any outside web sites, services, or resources to which this Sweepstakes may link. Concerns regarding any such service, resource, or link should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. Sponsor does not endorse, sanction, or verify sites that link to the Sweepstakes.
