How do I use the product credit?
Your product credit will be automatically applied to your Transfer Express account. You can use it to purchase any of our transfers, including UltraColor MAX™, Goof Proof®, and more, until June 15, 2025.
Can I use the credit on multiple orders?
Yes, you can use your credit across multiple orders. The credit does not need to be used all at once but must be used by June 15, 2025.
Does the credit cover accessories or other products?
No, the product credit only applies to custom transfers. It cannot be used for equipment, accessories, apparel, stock transfers, stock vinyl, or marketing tools. It also does not apply to shipping costs or taxes.
Does the credit cover shipping?
No, the credit will not be used towards your shipping costs of your transfer orders. You will still need to pay shipping and any applicable taxes.
Can I combine this promotion with other offers or discounts?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
What happens if I don’t use all of my product credit by June 15, 2025?
Any unused product credit will expire on June 15, 2025, and cannot be redeemed after this date.

Can I transfer the product credit to another account?
No, the product credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the account associated with the heat press purchase.
I’m a new customer. How do I create an account to use the product credit?
You can easily create an account on the Transfer Express website during checkout. Once your account is created, you can purchase a heat press and the product credit will be applied to your new account once your heat press ships, typically within 5-7 business days.
Is this offer available to international customers?
No. This promotion is currently available only to customers within the United States.
